In 1994, he furthered his education with an M.Ch. in Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery from K. G.’s Medical College in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

Dr. Sanjay contributed significantly to the field as a consultant heart surgeon at Batra Hospital and Medical Research Centre in New Delhi for eight years, working under the guidance of Dr. T.S. Mahant. His efforts played a pivotal role in advancing the Cardiac Surgery program at the hospital.

His expertise extends to conducting heart surgery on patients with renal dysfunction and chronic renal failure, boasting a near-zero fatality rate.
