About Interventional Cardiologist Dr. Tapan Ghose:

Dr. Tapan Ghose, a renowned Interventional Cardiologist, currently serves as the Director at Fortis Hospital, Vasant Kunj. Dr Ghose pursued his bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from Silchar Medical College, where he was honoured with the Dr Anjan Chakravorty Memorial Medal in Medicine in 1988 for achieving the highest grades in Medicine.

In 1993, he completed his MD (Medicine) and DNB (Medicine) from Assam Medical College in Dibrugarh, showcasing his dedication to internal medicine. Subsequently, after successful study at Batra Hospital Medical Research Centre in New Delhi, he received DNB (Cardiology) from the National Board of Examination in 2001.

Dr. Ghose brings extensive experience in coronary intervention, cardiac electrophysiology, and device installation. He actively participates in the Medical Research post-graduate teaching programme and has contributed to numerous national and global trial registries.
